DFCM EDMS: Revision History
2.1.5 04/19/2022

- Added Affected Floor Area, Hazardous Materials Survey, Remediation Plan, and Roofing Review items as required fields on the application.
- Added new database indexes to improve performance.
- Inspection reports can now be flagged. Automatic emails will be sent to those already configured to receive inspection reports with the name and e-mail address of the user that flagged the report, the report itself, and the reason why it was flagged.
- Submittal dates will be updated to the current day whenever they are marked complete.
- New User Registration notification emails will now properly send only one email to each DFCM Coordinator.
- Permit Request Approved e-mail has been updated and now includes a copy of the DFCM PDF Submission Requirements.

- DFCM Coordinators will now receive 'Inspections Star' email notifications.

- Hot-fix: 'Uploaded By' column on the submittal overview page.
- Hot-fix: Users that can see the Inspection Reports can now modify the Distribution List.
- All outbound emails sent by the EDMS will be archived for one month by the sendmail program. This allows administrators to better trace failed emails.
- Submittals can now be 'Unlocked' by administrators. Unlocked submittals are submittals that have been returned to an incomplete state. Uploads can be added or removed from these submittals, and they can be marked as 'Complete' again. When they are marked as complete, the regular automated emails will be sent again.
- Empty Submittals can now be purged. If a submittal contains no uploads and is not referenced by a comment, it can be purged by clicking the 'Purge Empty' button on the Submittal Overview page. If submittals are removed in this way, the submittals will be renumbered. The purge button will only appear when there are empty submittals.

- The toolbar interface on the Permits listing page has been fixed.
- The workflow diagram has been updated.
- Scripts used to facilitate the transfer of uploads from the old system have been removed.

- Spacing on the project list has been modified to allow for longer project numbers.
- Long submittal item descriptions are now truncated on the submittal over page.
- Submittal descriptions are now linked to the corresponding submittal page.
- In order to better separate out files as they are stored on the server, unique submittal numbers will be included in the directory structure of submittal items. This will help to preserve the integrity of the human readability of the file system.
- Submittals and Reviews will now properly update the overall review status. The three review statuses are now: 'Awaiting Submittal', 'Reviewing Submittal(s)', and 'Comments Issued'. The statuses are also logically triggered depending on the upload option 'Related to Review(s)'.

- The date on all submittals will now be updated to reflect the date when the submittal was marked as 'Complete,' rather than when the files were first uploaded.
